How a hand holds it at first

Where it goes when you give it to a player in the Animator; you can then move and turn it there, key by key.

Fit the model (imported items)

Put the point a hand grips on the yellow dot, with the item pointing forward along the blue arrow and up along the green.

Used by the games for

One item per job: ticking a job here takes it from whichever item had it. In a game, the item doing a job goes where your animations put it; the games still draw their own model for it.
